1st CCAME

Interested authors are encouraged to submit abstracts for presentations in format of projected slide (Power Point). Accepted abstracts will be published in Abstract Book of 1st CCAME in bilingual form (in English and Chinese translated by editors). Presenters are required to register for the meeting. The presenter's current E-mail, fax and mailing address are required for submission. Registration forms will be available online and well be mailed to the contact author for each accepted abstract. The following information is required during the submission process: Abstract title, presenting author information including complete mailing, fax, E-mail addresses, contributing authors and their institutions, abstract (LIMIT: 300 words). E-mailed abstracts will be typed from a Word document (.doc/.PTF/.txt). The deadline for submission of abstracts is on September 25,2003.

The fee includes admission to all cooking sessions, coffee breaks, opening ceremony, welcome reception, tours and farewell dinner. Printed material, such as the final programme, the list of participants and abstract volume, is also included.

Organizing Committee of the CCAME will arrange your hotel accommodation in the specific hotels for 1st CCAME, or Guanzhou Hotel. Rooms have been reserved at the meeting venue.

Your reservation will be confirmed when the organizing committee has received your choice with one night deposit. Please indicate exact dates of arrival and departure.
