特殊患婴的长途民航运送

    【摘要】 目的  提供利用民航飞机运送危重婴儿的经验。 方法  1例11个月男婴，联体分离术后和气管切开术后9个月，法乐氏五联症，心肺功能不全，利用民航客机由中国送德国进行心脏手术，手术后又携带小型呼吸机返回中国。 结果  在民航部门的协助下，婴儿成功完成福州上海法兰克福柏林的来回运送。 结论  认真的飞行前评估、全面细致的准备、各部门的精诚合作是成功完成该类特殊患婴飞机运送的保证。

Transporting a critical ill infant by airliner  LI Du-miao. Department of Pediatric Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital, Fujian Medical University, Fuzhou 350005, China

    【Abstract】 Objective  To provide the experience on transporting a critical ill infant by airliner. Methods  After careful evaluation and preparation, a 11month infant, suffered from Fallot' pentalogy, heart and lung dysfunctions after surgical separation of connecting body deformity and tracheotomy for 9 months, was transported to Berlin for heart surgery and returned back to Fuzhou with portable respirator by airliner. Results  The infant was successfully transported from Fuzhou through Shanghai and Frankfort to Berlin for surgical treatment, and returned back to Fuzhou after operation. Conclusions  Careful evaluation of the severity and stability of patient's conditions, overall preparation for medical and transportation risks, and excellent cooperation of different departments of civil aviation are key factors for successfully transporting a critical ill infant by airliner.
